Paperless Donation Process

Instructions to Donate for the 2021 Tax Year

The process to make a donation is quick and easy:

1)  Complete the appropriate Donation Request Form below.

ASF will submit your request to the Georgia Department of Revenue and they will issue an approval or denial within 30 days.

2) Once approved, simply make your donation by e-check or regular check.
Please note that you only have 60 days from your approval date to make your full donation.

Approval or Denial is based solely on the Dept. of Revenue reviewing the available money not yet allocated in the fund.  The fund is currently capped at $100 million.

The approval process is done on a first come, first serve basis, so making your request early is paramount.
