Paperless Tax Credit Request Process
Instructions for Submitting a Tax Credit Request
The process to participate with ASF is quick and easy:
1) Complete the appropriate Tax Credit Request Form below.
ASF will submit your request to the Georgia Department of Revenue and they will issue an approval or denial within 30 days.
2) Once approved, simply make your contribution by e-check or regular check.
Please note that you only have 60 days from your approval date to make your full contribution.
Approval or Denial is based solely on the Dept. of Revenue reviewing the available money not yet allocated in the fund. The fund is currently capped at $120 million.
The approval process is done on a first come, first serve basis, so making your request early is paramount.

Individual Filer - $2,500
Married Filing Separate - $2,500
Married Filing Jointly - $5,000
Shareholder of Pass-Through Entity - $25,000
C-Corp or Trust - 75% of State Tax Liability
S-Corp or Partnership electing to pay at the entity level - 75% of State Tax Liability
Insurance Company - 75% of GA Insurance Premium Tax Liability (Limit $1 million)
